Impossible 4D Prediction By JC Sum and Magic Babe Ning Plus Interview

I am really honoured to be invited by ConceptMagic to cover this exciting event
because I am a 4D punter myself. Was given a chance to interview them
as well as be there live in person to witness this unbelievable feat.
They predicted the winning numbers 5853 but purposely bought 0000
to discourage gambling.

J C and Ning also donated a cheque of $10 000 to
the Children's Cancer Foundation,
presented to the organisation's chairman,
Ravi Sivalingam,on the 27th of Jan (Results reveal date)
Ning has done volunteer work with the Children's Cancer Foundation
since year 2004 by performing magic at their events and
supporting their projects.

Below is an interview I did with them on the 22 January 2010
the day of Sealing-up Ceremony.

<The Interview>

Garuto: What inspires you both to do this 4D Prediction feat?

Ning: Last year we had a Facebook poll with our fans,
majority of our fans actually commented to see this happen.
JC and I decided why not make their dreams come true.
Since we had done alot of big, mega-scale illusions,
feel that this psychological illusion Singaporeans will really realy like,
it's part of our culture as well.

JC: Something different from our the physical illusions we have done,
like teleporting up 50 storeys, telporting across the river,
escaping upside-down strait jackets.
It's a different kind of story, a different kind of act that we can showcase
to Singaporeans.
It really caught them by surprise,
everyone was like expecting us to make a MRT train vanish.
When we announced it, everyone's reaponse was WHOA!!, totally overwhelmed.

Garuto: Aren't you guys worried about your safety after this event?

Ning: We told people that it's a psychological illusion and
we don't possess any supernatural skills,
and will not be giving out any numbers even if they kidnapped us.
*giggle*

JC: I think Singaporeans are generally mature enough to understand
that we are doing a psychological illusion.
We are magicians and we keep secrets very well.

Garuto: Do you believe in supernatural powers or seen it before your own eyes?

JC: No such things exist, been doing this for 20 years and have examined all
kinds of various techniques and supernatural claims.
None of these witch doctors, bomohs could really present anything that cannot
be explained by the magic way.

Ning: I see myself as a person who relies on logic and facts.
And I have stressed that this is a physical illusion show and
we are not fortune tellers.* giggles*

JC: What we have is a unique set of skills that we are applying, even its a physical illusion,
it does'nt mean the results are not real.

Garuto: If you can have one supernatural power what will it be?

Ning: I want to be able to clone myself, so I can multi-task at the same time.
So many things to do yet so little time.
If I could, I would like to clone 12 of myself so Ning can have fun,
Ning can do this, Ning can do that. *Laughs*

JC:*Laughing* Since we can already teleport, we no need to have that.
I would like to make myself invisible!

Ning: Where's JC arh?

*Three of us rumble in laughter*

Garuto: How will you spent the prize money?

Ning: I will need a good break, take an overseas trip,
somewhere nice and faraway, maybe Japan.
So if you see me in Japan next month...ahem *fake cough*
Garuto( pointing to photographer Jeri Soh) : Sponsor us go as well,
Jeri can be your photographer!

*Bursts of laughing*

JC: I have not planned yet. Do not count your chickens before they are hatched.

Garuto: Any upcoming plans to perform in the Integrated Resorts?

JC: There has been interest and we have met up with 'them'.
Nothing concrete at the moment. This year our focus will be on
overseas shows and some mega illusion plans in Singapore.

Garuto: To finish it off, give our readers a Valentine's Day and Chinese New Year Greeting.

Ning: Gong Xi Fa Cai, Hong Bao Na Lai (Red Packet take come)
This is Magic Babe Ning wishing all of you a Happy Chinese New Year.

JC: Hi, this is JC Sum. Happy Valentine's Day to you,
if your date disappears, you will know why!!

Ning: Slick =P
